Previous occupants clean to their own standard, and a professional walkthrough almost always turns up dust in drawers, residue in the refrigerator, grit in window tracks and film on baseboards. We handle all of it before you unpack.
Booking works best on closing day or the day after, or in the gap between a lease start date and your movers arriving.

Move-In Cleaning FAQs
Should the home be empty for a move-in cleaning?
Ideally yes. An empty home lets us clean inside every cabinet, closet and appliance. We can still clean a partially furnished home, but some areas will be inaccessible.
When should I schedule it?
Closing day or the day before your movers arrive is the most common timing. Booking a week ahead is wise near the end of the month when moves cluster.
Is move-in cleaning the same as a deep clean?
It includes everything in a deep clean and adds interior cabinet, closet, refrigerator and oven work that only makes sense when the home is empty.
Do you clean newly built homes?
Yes. New builds hold fine construction dust in vents, tracks and baseboards, and a move-in cleaning targets those areas specifically. We do not offer full post-construction debris cleanup.
