Ace Cleaning Pro provides residential cleaning services in West Houston and surrounding communities, including Katy, Fulshear, Cinco Ranch, Cypress, Richmond, Sugar Land, Energy Corridor, and Memorial. Booking and scheduling
- Bookings may be made through our online booking system, by phone, or by email.
- We provide arrival windows rather than exact start times. Our team will arrive within the stated window when possible.
- You are responsible for providing accurate home access instructions and ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
Pricing and payment
- Pricing is based on the information you provide, including home size, condition, service type, and frequency. Final pricing may be adjusted if the home's condition differs materially from the information provided.
- Payment is due after the cleaning is completed unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards through a secure payment processor.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Your responsibilities

- Secure pets, valuables, fragile items, and hazardous materials.
- Ensure safe working conditions for our team.
- Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requests before the appointment.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge, subject to reasonable scheduling availability.
Limitation of liability
Ace Cleaning Pro is not liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed before service, or issues caused by inadequate access or unsafe conditions.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Ace Cleaning Pro. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
